Bias-aware ranking
Protected characteristics — religion, ethnicity, nationality, age, marital or pregnancy status, disability — are never used as ranking factors, explicitly or implicitly.
Evidence-grounded
Every score is grounded in the candidate's own experience and your stated criteria. No unsupported assertions — each judgment cites the evidence behind it.
Transparent by default
Each candidate gets a criterion-level breakdown with evidence, gaps, and a confidence indicator, so you can always check the reasoning.
Human in control
You can override any decision at any time. The override — and the reason for it — is stored, so the record stays honest.
Your candidates' data stays yours
Not used to train models
Candidate data is used to do your screening — not to train foundation models. Your hiring is your business.
Right to be forgotten
On request, a candidate's resume file is deleted and personal identifiers are removed, while your non-identifying metrics stay intact.
Clear retention
Conversation and non-financial records follow a defined retention policy; financial records are retained for audit as the law requires.
